  1. Anyone know the whereabouts of Doris Duke. Sadly, she dropped off the radar around 1981. I wrote “Hey Lady” for her and would love to contact her. Nice lady. The whole “Woman” album was quite brilliant and deserved much greater success.

      Unfortunately I don’t know anything about Doris Duke post 1981. It’s yet another instance of an exceptional soul artist apparently just vanishing.

      I agree that the “Woman” album is excellent, and as you can tell from the podcast “Hey Lady” is my personal favourite track from it. Kudos to you for penning the song.
